WINTER FREEDIVE TRAINING, XIAO LIUQIU
One of the best things about the freediving here is that it’s YEAR ROUND! It’s January 1st here and yesterday the water temperature was still 24c!
We have been training a lot off the boat recently. Here is a little video of some dives from Taiwanese National Record holding freedivers Mia Hou and Huang Hua Yang.
