FREEDIVING LEVEL TWO
Advanced Freediving - Take Your Apnea to the Next Level
This advanced freediving course will teach you how to enter the beautiful sensation of freefall and dive to 30m deep.
You will also learn how to train like a freediving athlete.
Our advanced courses includes instruction in mobility, yoga, meditation and viusalisation.

Learn the Level One Course theory and dry exercises from the comfort of your home.
