Take the Online Theory & Preparation Course first from the comfort of your own home, then join us at the school to finish the whole course when restrictions are lifted.

ONLINE THEORY & PREPARATION COURSE
It is possible to complete all the classroom theory and dry training sessions of the Level One Course from the comfort of your own home.
Learn freediving physics, physiology, equalisation & safety. Learn the ‘Breathing Cycle’ and how to hold your breath for more than two minutes. Includes guided breathwork, visualisation and meditation.
This 5 hour course is held over Zoom and split into 2 x 2.5 hour sessions.
After completing the Online Theory & Preparation Course the student can skip the first day of the regular course and come to the island to complete their freediving course in 2 or 3 days.
